Some of its most representative projects include Ericsson, Bancolombia (first Colombian bank), Davivienda (American bank, 16,000 people, 5 countries), Hotelbeds, Schibsted Media (Infojobs, Segundamano, Fotocasa,coches.net) or Linde Medical. He has collaborated in projects in companies such as Thomson Reuters, SAP, Cisco, Vodafone, Electronic Arts, BBVA, Abengoa, Sura, Allianz, Axa or Mango, as well as in many small and medium-sized companies in Europe and Latin America.

Ángel is the author of “Agile Management: Leadership in an Agile Environment” and “Agile Kaizen: Continuous Improvement Far Beyond Retrospectives” both published by Springer. He has been Keynote Speaker at international conferences such as Agile Practitioners Israel, Ágiles Latinoamérica, XP europa or Agile Bodensee (Germany). He has been a guest speaker at worldwide conferences.

Angel is Management 3.0 Licensed Trainer, certified SAFe Program Consultant and a member of both Scrum Alliance and Agile Alliance. He is also a well-known member of the Spanish Agile community, a co-founder of Agile Spain and also a sponsor and chairman of the pioneer Agile events in Spain: Agile Open Space 2009 and Agile Spain Conference 2010.

However, Agility implies an important cultural change for companies, and resistance to such change is often mentioned as the main obstacle to transformation.
